1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
3 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp ginger
1 clove minced garlic

Marinate the Steak:
Thinly slice the flank steak across the grain.
In a bowl, combine the steak slices with 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and 2 tablespoons of cornstarch.
Let the mixture marinate for at least 15 minutes.

Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
Cook the steak slices in batches if necessary, frying each side for about 2 minutes to avoid overcrowding the pan.
Once cooked, remove the steak from the pan.

In the same pan, add the bell peppers, onions, carrots, and broccoli florets.
Stir-fry the vegetables for 2-3 minutes.
Combine and Finish:

Add the green onions just before serving.
Enjoy your delicious steak stir-fry!
