Strawberry Cheesecake Stuffed Donuts Recipe


For the Donuts:
– 1 cup warm milk
– 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
– 2 tablespoons sugar
– 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
– 1 large egg

For the Filling:
– 1 cup cream cheese, softened
– 1/2 cup powdered sugar
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1/2 cup strawberry jam

For the Glaze:
– 1 cup powdered sugar
– 2 tablespoons milk
– 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract


Prepare the Dough:
1. First, in a bowl, dissolve yeast and 1 tablespoon of sugar in warm milk. Let sit until frothy, about 5 minutes.
2. Then, add flour, salt, melted butter, egg, and the remaining sugar. Knead until smooth. Let rise until doubled in size.

Form and Fry Donuts:
