1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened

1 cup granulated sugar

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 cup pineapple juice (from can of crushed pineapple)

1 cup crushed pineapple, well drained

2 cups all-purpose flour
