Old-Fashioned Bologna Salad Recipe


1 pound bologna, finely diced
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
1/4 cup finely diced onion
1/4 cup finely diced celery
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: hard-boiled eggs, sliced, for garnish
Optional: chopped fresh parsley, for garnish


Prepare the Bologna:
Start by finely dicing the bologna into small pieces. You can adjust the size of the dice according to your preference.
Mix the Dressing:
