Lamb kebabs

* Ingredients

40 oz of ground lamb,

2 large onions grated finely

2 tbs of fresh chopped parsley and mint, 1 tsp of sodium bicarbonate,

4 cloves of garlic finely grated,

1 tbs salt,

1 tsp black pepper,


1 tbs paprika.

Mix them well and them covered in the fridge for 2hours.

Then make exactly same size of meatballs put the thourgh the skewers but push them as much as you can close to each other in the oven tray on 390f for 30min ( in between turn then around and you will get a lot of juice or meat broth keep them and used them for your next cooking vegetables or any other dish

Put the cherry tomatoes half way.
