Heavenly Angel Food Cake Recipe


5 grams vanilla sugar
50 grams flour
300 grams sour cream
6 eggs
150 grams sugar
70 grams sugar
1/8 teaspoon lemon juice
70 grams flour
80 grams powdered sugar
100 grams prince cookies
Powdered coconut
Dark chocolate


Preheat the oven to 160°C (320°F). Prepare a 20-centimeter cake pan by lining the bottom with parchment paper.

Separate the egg whites from the yolks. In a large mixing bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Gradually add in the sugar and vanilla sugar, continuing to beat until glossy.

Gently fold in the flour until fully incorporated. Be careful not to deflate the egg whites.

Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top with a spatula. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the cake is golden brown and springs back when lightly touched.

While the cake is baking, prepare the sour cream topping. In a mixing bowl, combine the sour cream, sugar, lemon juice, and flour until smooth.

Once the cake is baked and cooled, spread the sour cream mixture evenly over the top. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, crushed prince cookies, powdered coconut, and grated dark chocolate for decoration.
