Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons dehydrated minced onion
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 8 large tortillas or wraps
- Lettuce leaves
- Sliced dill pickles
- Shredded cheddar cheese
- Thousand Island dressing or Big Mac sauce
For the Big Mac Sauce:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet relish
- 2 tablespoons finely diced dill pickles
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix together the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, dehydrated onion, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Form the beef mixture into 8 equal patties.
- Cook the patties in a skillet or on a griddle over medium heat until browned and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side.
- To make the Big Mac sauce, whisk together all the sauce ingredients in a small bowl until well combined.
- Warm the tortillas or wraps according to package instructions.
- Lay a tortilla on a flat surface and place a cooked beef patty in the center.
- Top the patty with lettuce leaves, sliced pickles, shredded cheddar cheese, and a generous drizzle of Big Mac sauce.
- Fold the bottom of the tortilla over the filling, then tightly roll up the sides to form a wrap.
- Repeat with the remaining tortillas and fillings.
- Serve the Big Mac Wraps warm, with extra Big Mac sauce on the side for dipping.
