Alfredo Chicken Wings Recipe

– 3 pounds chicken wings
– 1 tablespoon seasoned salt
– ¼ cup salted butter
– 1 cup heavy cream
– 1 tablespoon minced garlic
– 1 ¼ cups grated Parmesan cheese

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a large rimmed baking sheet.
2. Place the chicken wings on the prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle with seasoned salt and mix to coat evenly. Arrange the wings in a single layer.
3. Bake in the preheated oven for about 1 hour, until the wings are crisp and cooked through.
4. Turn on the oven broiler. Broil the wings to crisp both sides, about 1 minute per side. Set the wings aside.
5. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium-low heat. Add the heavy cream and minced garlic, stirring until small bubbles form.
6. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until well blended. Remove the saucepan from heat.
7. Toss the wings with the cream sauce and serve.
