Ingredients:
– 2 chicken breasts
– 4–5 small/medium-sized potatoes
– Olive oil
– Salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika (for potatoes)

– 1/2 teaspoon each of salt and pepper

– 2 tablespoons minced garlic

– 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions:
- Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into small cubes. Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Cook the potatoes in an air fryer at 400°F for about 20 minutes, shaking them a couple of times during cooking.
