Ingredients:
1 ½ lb. Ground beef
2 Bell peppers, chopped
½ Onion, chopped
2 tsp. Minced garlic
1 tsp. Seasoned salt
8 Slices of provolone cheese
4 Large eggs
¼ cup Heavy whipping cream
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet over medium-high heat, begin browning the ground beef.
When the beef is partially cooked, add the chopped onions and bell peppers. Continue to cook until the beef is fully browned and the vegetables are starting to soften.
Stir in the seasoned salt and minced garlic, sautéing for an additional 30 seconds. Drain any excess grease from the skillet.
Spread the beef mixture evenly in the bottom of a well-greased 9×9-inch baking dish.
Place the slices of provolone cheese over the beef mixture.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the heavy whipping cream, Worcestershire sauce, and eggs. Pour this mixture evenly over the beef and cheese in the baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the casserole is fully cooked and set.
Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
