Zesty Turkey and Guacamole Salad: A Burst of Fresh Flavors

Ingredients:

For the Salad:
2 cups cooked turkey breast, shredded or diced

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cucumber, diced
1/4 red onion, thinly sliced

2 large avocados, peeled and pitted

For the Lime Dressing:
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 teaspoon lime zest
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Guacamole:
    In a medium bowl, mash the avocados with a fork until smooth.

  2. Prepare the Lime Dressing:
