Savory Steak Gorgonzola Alfredo with Creamy Parmesan Sauce

Ingredients:
1 lb sirloin steak, thinly sliced
Salt and pepper to taste
8 oz fettuccine pasta
2 tbsp olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
Fresh parsley for garnish
Directions:
Season the steak slices with salt and pepper.
Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the steak slices and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Pour in heavy cream, stirring constantly until it starts to simmer.
Gradually stir in grated Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
Add crumbled Gorgonzola cheese and stir until melted and well combined.
Return the cooked steak slices to the skillet and toss them in the sauce.
Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet and toss everything together until well coated.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
