SAUSAGE, EGG & HASH BROWN BREAKFAST BAKE

Wake up to a delicious and hearty breakfast that’s easy to make and even easier to enjoy!

Ingredients:
1 lb (16 oz) breakfast sausage
4 large eggs
2 cups frozen hash browns (thawed)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: chopped green onions for garnish

Directions:
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook Sausage: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the breakfast sausage until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir in the thawed hash browns and cooked sausage.
Add Cheese: Mix in 3/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese into the egg mixture, reserving 1/4 cup for topping.
Prepare Baking Dish: Lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish and pour the mixture into it, spreading evenly.
Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
Add Toppings: Remove from oven and sprinkle the reserved cheddar cheese on top. Let cool slightly before serving.
Garnish: Optional: Top with chopped green onions for added freshness and flavor.
