Passion Fruit Ice Cream 🍦✨

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup passion fruit puree
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Directions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the sugar and passion fruit puree until well combined.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the heavy cream, whole milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
  3. Slowly add the passion fruit mixture to the cream mixture, stirring until smooth.
  4. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions until it reaches a soft-serve consistency.
  5. Transfer the ice cream to an airtight container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
