Ingredients
° 2 g ground beef
° 3 c. Chopped garlic
° 1 large yellow onion, diced
° 2 1/2 cups of water
° 1/2 cup beef broth
° 1/3 cup olive oil
° 2 cans of tomato sauce (15 ounces)
° 2 (15 ounce) cans of diced tomatoes
° 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
° Seasoning 1 T Adobo
° 3 bay leaves
° 1 tablespoon of seasoned salt
° 1/2 cup black pepper
° 2 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked
° 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
° 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
Instructions
_ Step 1. _
In a large saucepan, brown the ground meat in a skillet over medium-high heat until half-cooked, remove from heat.
_ Step 2 _
Add the garlic, onions, and olive oil until the meat is cooked through.
_ Step 3 _
Add water and broth, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, Italian seasoning, bay leaves and seasoning of salt, pepper and seasoned adobo.
_ Step 4 _
Mix well. Lower the heat and cover
_ Step 5. _
Cook for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. _
_ Step 6 _
Add the uncooked elbow macaroni to the pan, mix well until combined.
_ Step 7 _
Covering again also simmer about 30 min
_ Step 8 _
Cooking time, removing bay leaves _ Step 9 _
Add only cheddar cheese and mixing until well mixed . _ Step 10 _
Adding mozzarella just before serving.
