Loaded Breakfast Bowl Recipe
Ingredients
Soft-boiled eggs
Trader Joe’s Chile Lime Seasoning
Black sesame seeds
Avocado
Bulgarian feta, crumbled
Cherry tomatoes, sliced
Walnuts
Leftover mushrooms
Instructions
Soft-boil the eggs: Bring a pot of water to a boil. Gently lower the eggs into the boiling water and cook for 6.5 minutes for a soft yolk, or 7-8 minutes for a firmer yolk. Immediately transfer the eggs to an ice bath to stop the cooking process.
Slice the avocado and arrange it in the breakfast bowl.
Sprinkle crumbled Bulgarian feta over the avocado slices.
Add sliced cherry tomatoes to the bowl.
Scatter walnuts over the bowl for added crunch and flavor.
Finally, add leftover mushrooms from dinner last night to complete the bowl.
