2 tablespoons lime juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
1 teaspoon of sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
1/4 cup coconut milk (optional, for a creamier texture)
Chopped peanuts and fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)
Directions:
Mix Ingredients:
In a medium bowl, combine peanut butter, soy sauce, honey (or brown sugar), rice vinegar, lime juice, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil.
Whisk Together:
Use a whisk or fork to blend all the ingredients until smooth. If you prefer a creamier consistency, gradually mix in the coconut milk until you reach your desired texture.
Adjust Seasoning:
Taste and add red pepper flakes for heat, adjusting according to your preference.
Serve:
