Creamy Spinach and Salmon Delight

Ingredients:

4 salmon fillets
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
3 cups fresh spinach, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:

Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the salmon fillets and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth, bringing the mixture to a simmer.
Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until the sauce thickens.
Add the chopped spinach and cook until wilted.
Stir in the lemon juice and lemon zest.
Return the salmon fillets to the skillet, spooning the creamy spinach sauce over them.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
