Ingredients :

Cookie Base
1 cup (227g) butter, softened (salted for flavor boost!)
1 cup (200g) packed brown sugar (dark for richer taste)
2 large eggs (room temp)
1 tsp vanilla extract
Dry Ingredients
2 cups (250g) all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt

1 cup (90g) old-fashioned oats
1 cup (120g) chopped pecans
1 cup (170g) chocolate chips
1 cup (85g) shredded coconut
Instructions :
1️⃣ Cream Butter & Sugar
Beat butter + brown sugar for 3 mins until light/fluffy
Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla
2️⃣ Combine Dry Ingredients
Whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt
Gradually mix into wet ingredients
3️⃣ Load Up the Dough
Fold in ALL the mix-ins (oatmeal → pecans → chocolate → coconut)
Chill dough 1 hour (for thicker cookies)
4️⃣ Bake to Perfection
Scoop ¼ cup portions onto parchment-lined sheets
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 12-14 mins
Let cool 5 mins on sheet before transferring
