– 4 cups mashed potatoes
– 2 cups cooked popcorn chicken
– 2 cups frozen corn, thawed
– 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
– 1 packet (0.87 oz) brown gravy mix
– 1 1/2 cups water

Instructions:
Prepare the Gravy:
- In a small saucepan, whisk together the brown gravy mix and water.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened. Remove from heat and set aside.
Assemble the Casserole:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Spread the mashed potatoes evenly in the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
- Layer the cooked popcorn chicken over the mashed potatoes.
- Sprinkle the thawed corn evenly over the chicken.
- Pour the prepared gravy evenly over the entire casserole.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake the Casserole:
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
