Apple pie

INGREDIENTS

3 apples cut into wedges

For the dough:

150 g (3/4 cup) sugar

220 g butter

340 g (1 cup) honey

180 ml (3/4 cup) buttermilk

3 Eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

300 g (2 1/2 cups) flour

2 teaspoons salt

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon nutmeg

10 g baking powder powder

For the caramel:

100 g (1/2 cup) sugar

3 tablespoons of water

PREPARATION

Add the sugar and water to the pan, let it caramelize over medium heat and cover the apples with the prepared caramel.
In another pan, cook the butter for 6 minutes over medium heat, mix with honey, buttermilk, eggs, sugar and vanilla extract, add flour, baking powder, cinnamon and nutmeg and salt. Pour over apples and caramel.3. Bake at 170°C (340°F) for 1 hour. Let cool for 15 minutes and serve.
