Airfryer Roasted whole chicken 😍

Ingredients for marinade:

1.5 kg whole chicken , patted dry

50ml tbsp olive oil

Juices of 1 lemon πŸ‹

3 rosemary sprigs

50g butter , melted

3 garlic cloves , minced

1 tbsp sage , finely chopped

2 tsp rosemary , finely chopped

1 tbsp parsley , finely chopped

1 tsp salt and black pepper

1 chicken cubes

Ingredients Palaman ng chicken

1 onion , quartered

1 garlic bulb , halved horizontally

Rosemary and lemongrass

Thyme

Instructions:

Mix together all marinade ingredients:

Place chicken in a roasting pan. Rub marinade mixture under the skin of the chicken as well as inside the cavity of the chicken, massage gently. Make sure that the chicken are coated well. Inside the

Chicken rub also with remaining marinade mixture.

Stuff the chicken cavity with the head of garlic, pieces of yellow onion, lemon,rosemary fresh thyme and lemongrass. If you like, use a bit of kitchen twine to tie the drumsticks.

Marinate the chicken for 2-4 hours or overnight for more flavorful!

Place the chicken in an airfryer. Roast the chicken first 180 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes.

Reverse the chicken to roast another side of the chicken. Reduce the heat to 150 degrees Celsius and continue roasting for 45-50 minutes.

Serve with pan juices and Steamed Rice or salad πŸ₯— 😘 Enjoy!
