1½ lbs pork tenderloin
3 tbsp honey
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp salt
½ tsp dried thyme (optional)
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
👩‍🍳 Directions:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish or line it with foil.
Make the glaze: In a small bowl, mix honey, garlic, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, olive oil, salt, pepper, and thyme.
Sear the pork: In a hot skillet, sear the pork tenderloin for 2–3 minutes on each side until lightly browned.
Bake: Place the seared pork in the baking dish. Brush or spoon the honey garlic glaze all over the top. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the internal temp reaches 145°F (63°C). Baste once or twice during baking.
Rest and serve: Let the pork rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Garnish with parsley if you like and serve with roasted veggies or mashed potatoes!
