HARD BOILED EGGS:
5 large eggs up to 14 eggs depending on the capacity of the air fryer.
HOW TO MAKE AIR FRYER HARD BOILED EGGS:
Step 1
Preheat the air fryer to 150 degrees Celsius (300 Fahrenheit) for approximately 5 minutes.
Step 2
Add the eggs to the air fryer basket, leaving a little space between each one. Close the fryer and cook for 4 – 5 minutes for a soft-boiled egg, 5 -7 minutes for a medium egg and 8 to 12 minutes for a hard-boiled or set egg.
Remember that the time will largely depend on the power of the air fryer, you can experiment with 1 or 2 minutes more time for each type of cooking.
Step 3
After cooking the eggs, it’s important to transfer them to a bowl of ice-cold water so that they don’t continue to cook in the residual heat. (This makes them easier to peel.)
Step 4
To crack the egg shell, roll it along a flat surface to make cracks on all sides. Peel and enjoy immediately or store for later.
HOW TO STORE AIR FRYER COOKED EGGS
To store cooked eggs, it’s important not to cut them until you’re ready to eat or prepare a recipe. Place the cooked eggs in an airtight container or bag and store covered in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
