Ingredients
500 g cubed chicken breast
1 zucchini (succini), thickly sliced
1 red pepper in pieces
1 small flowering broccoli
1 medium onion, chopped
2 tbsp of olive oil
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of dried oregano
1 teaspoon of paprika (prika)
Salt and pepper to taste
1 pinch of red chili flakes (optional)
Preparation
Marinate the chicken: In a bowl, toss the chicken cubes with 1 tbsp olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper. Leave to rest for 10 minutes.
Prepare the vegetables: in another bowl, add the zucchini, broccoli, onions and red pepper. Add 1 tbsp olive oil, oregano and salt to taste. Mix well. Preheat the Airfryer: Adjust the Airfryer to 180°C (350°F) and let it preheat for 3-5 minutes.
Cooking: Place the chicken in the Airfryer basket on an even layer. Cook for 10 minutes. Open the basket, add the vegetables to the chicken and mix lightly. Cook 10-12 minutes more, shaking the basket halfway through.
Finish and serve: Check that the chicken is browned and the vegetables are tender. Decorate with red chili flakes if you want a spicy touch.
Advice
Avoid overloading the Airfryer so that everything cooks evenly. You can add other vegetables like asparagus or carrots if you prefer. Serve with brown rice or quinoa for a complete dish.
