Ingredients:

For the Steak:

2 steaks (ribeye, sirloin, or your choice)

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon paprika

For the Potatoes:

2 medium-sized russet potatoes

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: sour cream, chives, shredded cheese, or butter for toppings


Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Potatoes:
  2. Wash the potatoes and pat them dry.
  3. Poke several holes with a fork in each potato for ventilation.
  4. Rub each potato with olive oil and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket and cook at 400°F (200°C) for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through. (Start the potatoes before the steak since they take longer to cook.)
