Creamy Beef and Mushroom Macaroni

Ingredients:

  • 8 ounces elbow macaroni
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Instructions:
  • Cook the Macaroni:
  • In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
