Ingredients

  • 3 large sweet potatoes
  • 2–3 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Black pepper (to taste)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Sweet Potatoes

  • Wash the sweet potatoes thoroughly (no need to peel).
  • Slice them lengthwise into thick slabs — about 1.5–2 cm thick.
