Ingredients:
For the sauce:
500 g ground beef
1 tbsp olive oil
1 onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
400 g tomato coulis
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp herbes de Provence
1/2 tsp sweet paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
For the lasagna:
6 ready-made lasagna sheets (suitable for Air Fryer gratin dishes)
200 g ricotta
150 g grated mozzarella
50 g grated parmesan
150 ml bΓ©chamel (optional, for extra creaminess)
Fresh parsley for decoration
Instructions :
Prepare the sauce:
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan. Add the onion and garlic, and sautΓ© until tender.
Add the ground beef and cook over medium heat until golden brown.
Add the tomato coulis, the concentrate, the herbes de Provence, the paprika, the salt and the pepper. Let simmer over low heat for 10 minutes so that the flavors blend.
Assemble the lasagna:
In a small gratin dish compatible with your Air Fryer, place a thin layer of sauce on the bottom.
Place a sheet of lasagna on top. Spread a layer of ricotta, a layer of sauce and a small portion of bΓ©chamel if using. Sprinkle a little mozzarella.
Repeat layers until all ingredients are used up, finishing with a layer of sauce, a little bΓ©chamel, mozzarella and parmesan.
Air Fryer Cooking:
Preheat the Air Fryer to 180Β°C for 3 minutes.
Place the dish in the Air Fryer basket and cook for 20-25 minutes. Check that the lasagne is golden brown on top and the sheets are tender.
Serving:
Let the lasagne rest for 5 minutes before cutting to make serving easier. Garnish with fresh parsley for a pop of colour.
